Amalia Sosrodiredjo

Managing Director


Amalia is the co-founder of Decorum Group. She has a Law degree from Parahyangan University and a Masters of Sustainability degree from the University of Adelaide and formal training in Carbon Accounting and Management. She is a specialist in greenhouse gas measurement and management services. Amalia has been involved in carbon management projects assisting private and public sectors in South Australia. Since 2012, Amalia has been promoting sustainability and environmental awareness through public speaking in Indonesia and Denmark and has led and managed diverse-scale community projects in Indonesia. Amalia has been appointed as President for Australian Indonesian Association of South Australia Incorporation (AIASA Inc.) to build ties and connections between South Australian and Indonesian communities. She has also been appointed as Chair for Australia Indonesia Business Council (AIBC) of South Australia.

Ares Rheantoro

Technical Director


Ares is the co-founder of Decorum Group. He has a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Trisakti University and completing dual diploma in Project Management and Building Construction Management at CAL. Ares is a specialist in oil & gas Pipeline Integrity and has more than 20 years of experience in oil & gas pipeline defect assessment, fit-for-service & remaining life assessment, and project management of oil & gas pipeline integrity, inspection, repair and maintenance projects in Indonesia, United Arab Emirates, Australia and in Kurdistan, Iraq. He also has experience in Business Process Reengineering and Business Development, coupled with a myriad of Awards for performance excellence and innovations in Pipeline Integrity Engineering. He holds certificates in Product Life-Cycle Accounting & Reporting and NDT Level 2 certificates. Ares is a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia (IEAust) in the Leadership and Management College.

Firrisky Nurtomo

Country Representative - Indonesia

 

Firrisky is a business development specialist with widespread experience in local business development with the private sector gained over more than a decade. His range of expertise covers engineering, procurement and construction in the infrastructure, mining, transportation, oil and gas services and property sectors. He joined the EU-Indonesia Technical Cooperation Facility project (TCF) as Senior Advisor responsible for providing technical assistance to ensure pipeline growth of foreign investment at the EU Desk in Indonesia's Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). Before this move, he held two positions in the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce and was Business Services Coordinator in the EU-Indonesia Business Network, where he was responsible for coordinating a team of multi-nationals promoting Indonesia as a high-potential trade and investment destination. As part of this role, he published sector reports and provided a number of specialised services designed to exploit Indonesia's market potential, such as market intelligence, organising inward and outward visits, partner searches and offering advice and consultancy to enterprises from all over the EU.

He is a team member of the Underwater Tourism, Acceleration and Development of Marine Tourism, the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia. He is currently Head of Raja Ampat Research and Conservation Centre Indonesia (RADRA-I Foundation) and Head of Recreational SCUBA Diving of Indonesia Marine Tourism Association (GAHAWISRI).
